A seasoned investor and a respected figure in the financial community, Mr. Bansal has over 25 years of rich experience in investment banking, financial markets, business development, and strategic planning. He is a full-time investor, author, speaker, and consultant to the DEA-NIFM Research Program under the Ministry of Finance. His publications cover a wide range of topics, including financial markets, derivatives, and financial freedom. Mr. Bansal is committed to fostering a growth mindset and has spoken at prestigious platforms such as ISB-Hyderabad, IIM-Bangalore, BSE, NSE, and more.
He has served as the Managing Director for India Operations at the Robert H. Smith School of Business, University of Maryland USA, between November 2019 and December 2023, where he has led the team responsible for student support, alumni relations, and corporate relations, contributing to the brand’s presence in India.
Manish holds an M.S. in Finance from the Robert H. Smith School of Business, University of Maryland, a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation from the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India, and an MBA from Faculty of Management Studies, Saugar University.

With over two decades of experience in capital markets and investments, Mr. Lakhani brings deep expertise in discovering and empowering high-potential SMEs. His strategic insight and hands-on leadership ensure that every investment is both secure and positioned for exceptional growth.
In recent times, Aashar Capital has ceased all broking and sub-broking activities. As of the date of this application, the company is no longer involved in stockbroking operations. Mr. Jignesh Lakhani has served as the Promoter and Managing Director of Aashar Capital Services Private Limited since its inception in 2009. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed the full spectrum of broking operations, including client acquisition and retention, market research and analysis, and regulatory compliance. His extensive experience also extends to providing tailored investment advice, assessing clients’ risk profiles, and conducting educational seminars to enhance investor knowledge on market trends and strategies. Currently, Aashar Capital is shifting its focus towards advisory, and growth consulting services aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). In addition to his professional accomplishments, Mr. Lakhani holds an NISM certification in Equity Derivatives and has completed his Higher Secondary Certificate (H.S.C.) from the Gujarat State Board.
